Booking Terms & Conditions

Payment terms will be following invoice. Terms of payment are within 14 days from date of invoice. By booking a course, workshop, coaching session or programme with BrightBird Coaching and Training, you are acknowledging that you have received financial authorisation at your establishment to pay for the service. Thereby reserving the right for payment and all terms and conditions to apply. By making a booking, you agree to be bound by our terms and conditions.

Cancellations:

In the event of a delegate’s need for cancellation or transfer of our courses, coaching programmes or workshops, you are welcome to provide a suitable substitute delegate for no extra fee. Please contact us at least 24 hours before the date of the course or workshop if you wish to do so.
We ask that wherever possible, all cancellations or transfer requests be provided in writing to info@bright-bird.co.uk. We will acknowledge receipt of request by return email.
We are unable to refund for non-attendance of our courses, workshops or programmes.
Cancellations of less than 7 calendar days, will result in a charge for the full cost of the course/ coaching session. Should a customer wish to reschedule their training booking however, they will incur no loss if this is agreed at least 7 calendar days before the original training date.
BrightBird is continually appraising and improving services and reserves the right to alter any course or workshop content without prior notice. Every effort will be made to provide their services as stated.
BrightBird reserves the right to withdraw any courses, workshops, programmes or coaching services at any time.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances on BrightBird’s part, leading to the cancellation of a booked course, workshop, coaching session or programme, you will be offered an alternative date at no extra cost, or the return of your fee/deposit.

Additional Terms & Conditions:

All training costs, unless stated, exclude refreshments, but do include materials and handouts.
All off-site coaching or programme delivery will incur a charge for room hire where applicable.
Dependent upon venue, travelling costs may be incurred in addition to other costs quoted.
It is the responsibility of the booking organisation to ensure suitable training facilities are available for delegates, including an appropriate training space and/or IT facilities to access online training.
It is the responsibility of the booking organisation to ensure delegates are available to attend on time for training booked and to engage fully.
By making a booking you agree to be bound by our terms and conditions.

Intellectual Property:

We have spent considerable time and costs in the development of our coaching and training systems and processes and all the information which we provide in relation to the Course and in the materials.
The contents of all training and associated resources are protected by copyright.
The workbook is supplied for the use of the person attending the webinar or training session only. You are permitted to save electronically or print for your use only.
You shall not make or permit the making of any further copies, reproductions, recordings, interpretations, or analysis of or otherwise disclose course materials or any part thereof without the express permission of BrightBird Coaching and Training.
All Intellectual Property Rights in or arising out of or in connection with the training and in the materials shall be owned by the BrightBird Coaching and Training Ltd. and nothing in the Contract shall grant you any Intellectual Property Rights.
Terms and conditions relating to Intellectual property shall survive termination of the Contract.

In recognition of pressures and constraints of organisations, work can be carried out on a flexible basis, incorporating evenings and weekends where necessary.

All work undertaken by BrightBird Coaching & Training is covered by Public Liability and Professional Indemnity insurance.

All coaches are certified, undertake regular supervision as professional coaches and adhere to the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) code of professional practice.

Where necessary, BrightBird Coaching & Training works with other associates from variety of backgrounds, to bring further skills and experience to our clients. Our associates share an enthusiasm for coaching and development and hold the same commitment to delivering professional, high-quality service. All associates hold appropriate professional qualifications and experience and necessary liability cover and commitment to CPD.
