1-to-1 Leadership Coaching

Our coaching is no talking-shop. We’re here to help you dig deep and find lasting, practical solutions to the challenges of the modern workplace.

We’re down-to-earth and straight-talking and work with you to find the solution that’s right for you. We’re focused on supporting you to take action and make positive changes for yourself and your teams.

Whether you're looking for a one-off session to address a specific issue, or a longer programme to address in-depth issues, we can help.

How much does coaching cost?

Depending on your needs you may choose a single one-off top-up session, or opt for a longer coaching programme.

Our costs for online coaching are:

  • Single 2-hour session = £250

  • 6-session programme = £1500

What does the cost include?

  • Initial discovery call to check ‘fit’

  • Contracting meeting to agree terms and confidentiality, etc. (This can be 3-way, involving a line manager)

  • One or series of 2-hr online coaching sessions via Zoom

  • Mid and end programme reviews

  • Resources and coaching materials subject to topic of coaching sessions


How to Book:

Step 1:

It's important that we work out whether we're the right fit for you, so we first request a discovery call to find out more about the support you're looking for and you can also learn more about how we work.

Step 2:

We will then send you a no-obligation proposal and quote based on our discussion.

Step 3:

Once you're happy with the proposal, we will agree and book in your first coaching session. Simple!

About our coaching:

All coaches are different and it's important you find the right coach for you and that they bring the right experience and qualifications to meet your needs.

Our founder and lead coach, Karen Amos, holds a level 7 Diploma in Executive Coaching & Mentoring.

With over 15 years' experience as a coach and 30 years' experience in management and leadership, she has the confidence and skills to support you and your team at any level.

Her clients range from CEO's and Directors, to new and aspiring managers.

Karen takes a practical, down-to-earth approach to coaching, focusing on tangible change and results. She brings a friendly, yet challenging style to stimulate creative thinking and new ways of working and specialises in Authentic Leadership and ethical approaches.
