Accountability & Responsibility in Education - In-house Training

This 2 or 3-session interactive mini-programme will enable your managers and leadership teams to:

  • Build accountability and personal responsibility within their staff teams and your setting

  • Build confidence to manage difficult conversations and give effective feedback for better team performance and management

Using down-to-earth, practical, coaching-based approaches, you’ll learn how to achieve the outcomes you want whilst maintaining positive working relationships and motivation in your teams.

Our in-house training gives you opportunity to tailor content to your school or setting, with attention given to formulating specific scenarios relating to actual challenges faced in their working lives.

Designed to help you meet the Professional Learning and Expertise standards in Ofsted's latest Inspection Framework, our training brings a skill set with longevity that can be applied throughout your setting to develop a culture of collaboration and effectiveness. This approach supports staff teams to feel valued, whilst working to a high standard for better outcomes for pupils and students.

Whilst you will have opportunity to practice the knowledge and skills learnt on this course, we DON'T DO ROLE PLAY! Let's face it, you're leaders, not actors!

Instead, we use real scenarios to practice a coaching approach in groups and pairs, using our unique feedback and conversations framework.

There's no homework and no assignments - just practical tools you can put into place straight away.
