Our costs for online coaching are:
Single 2-hour session = £250
6-session programme = £1500
Initial discovery call to check ‘fit’
Contracting meeting to agree terms and confidentiality, etc. (This can be 3-way, involving a line manager)
One or a series of 2-hr online coaching sessions via Zoom
Mid and end-programme reviews
Resources and coaching materials subject to topic of coaching sessions

All coaches are different and it's important you find the right coach for you and that they bring the right experience and qualifications to meet your needs.
Our founder and lead coach, Karen Amos, holds a level 7 Diploma in Executive Coaching & Mentoring.
With over 15 years' experience as a coach and 30 years' experience in management and leadership, she has the confidence and skills to support you and your team at any level.
Her clients range from Directors and CEO's to Head Teachers, people in HR and supervisory roles and new and aspiring leaders.
Karen takes a practical, down-to-earth approach to coaching, focusing on tangible change and results. She brings a friendly, yet challenging style to stimulate creative thinking and new ways of working and specialises in Authentic Leadership and ethical approaches, retaining a clear focus on your School, College, or Trust's outcomes and mission.
